How to Write

It highly recommended to include that company’s name in this section. Also include a statement or two that will highlight your experience or knowledge.

Step 3. The “Summary of Skills” section will be a list of skills you possess that are directly applicable to the job requirements. Make sure to keep the focus on what the potential employer wants.

Step 4. In the “Work Experience” section, you will give a list of where you have previously worked. This should give your official job title, the name and location of that employer, and the date range you were employed with them. This should be followed with a brief synopsis of your time there. As a whole this should be placed in a list according to the dates you worked. That is list them in reverse chronological order.

Step 5. Report your degrees in the “Education” section. Include the title of the degree, the name of the school, the location of the school, and the year of graduation.

Step 6. If you have references available compose a statement verifying this in the “References” section. If not then do not include this section.
